GUJARAT INTRUX stands out in Sand Casting, handling piece weight from few kg to an impressive 1800kg+.Our semi automatic loop line is ideal for handling small weight up to 100kgs and hand moulding for large size castings. Our melting shop features medium frequency Induction furnace with varying crucible, including 100kg option for specific small quantity requirements for super alloys. Our gas-fired batch type heat treatment furnace monitored by UNISCAN software, ensures precise and stringent standards.

FACILITY
To bring your product designs to life, we partner with a modern pattern making facility equipped with state-of-the-art technology. Having Vertical Machine Centre (VMC), Milling Machine, Electro Discharge Machine, Lathe Machine, and Drill Machine. These resources, along with advanced software, ensure precise implementation of your design vision.
HEAT TREATMENT FACILITY
At GUJARAT INTRUX we have 2 Heat treatment furnaces having loading capacity 3500kgs, operating temperature 1200 Deg Cente. Heat treatment cycles followed are Solution annealing, Normalizing, tempering and stress relieving. Water quenching facility of 45000 Litter. Accelerated agitation of water by providing extra agitator to improve mechanical properties . Both furnaces are monitored by UNISCAN Software for real trends of different zones for individual furnaces.
SMALL BATCH PRODUCTION RUNS
GUJARAT INTRUX offers casting solutions in variable volumes. Even for businesses that have a demand for small batches we accommodate small batch production runs.
MORDERN PATTERN MAKING FACILITY
We have up- to- date Wooden & Aluminium pattern manufacturing and inspection facility, including a CNC Router, Planner, Banshow, Jigshow, VMC, Milling, an Electro discharge, lathe and a Drill machine along with a variety of measuring instrument and the newest software.
