INNOVATIONS IN
INVESTMENT CASTINGS

Investment casting at Intricast is specifically designed to meet the demanding requirements of complex valve and pump components. This process allows us to produce intricate shapes and high-precision parts that are essential for these applications. Utilizing advanced wax injection presses and a controlled environment for shelling, we ensure that each casting meets stringent quality standards. Our facilities include medium frequency induction furnaces and vacuum melting systems, enabling us to handle a wide range of alloys.

HEAT TREATMENT FACILITY

We have 9 Heat Treatment furnaces. 6 nos at Intricast and 3 nos at Invaccast with various loading capacity ranging from 50 kg to 1000 kg to facilitate small batch heat treatment with operating temperatures from 1060 Deg C to 1250 Deg C. Heat treatment cycles followed are – Solution Annealing, Normalizing, Stress Relieving, Tempering, Stabilizing. All heat treatment furnaces are monitored by SCADA based software for real trends of different zones of individual furnaces.

 Intricast offers casting solutions in variable volumes.Even for businesses that have a demand for small batches we accommodate small batch production runs.

MORDERN TOOL (MOULD) MAKING FACILITY

 We have the most up-to-date tool manufacturing equipment, including a vertical machining centre, a milling machine, an electro discharge machine, a lathe machine, and a drill machine, along with a varietyof t he newest software, to implement the precise product design concepts.

have their sand casting facilities having capacity
