Additionally, we’ve implemented multi-cavity die/mould with ICS technology, effectively controlling process costs. The adoption of Collapsible Metal Core (CMC) technology has revolutionized casting, eliminating the need for Soluble and Ceramic Cores in various Valve and Pump shapes, thereby reducing chemical usage and waste. Furthermore, our customized Oracle-based ERP system for process tracking, order management, and rejection analysis has set a new standard in the Investment Casting Foundry sector, benefiting numerous foundries and promoting environmental sustainability.
